**After the collaboration of 'Kangta & VanNess' last year, being crowned as having the style Of a 'King', F4 member - VanNess Wu, had recently released his new album, V.Dubb after 5 years since his previous solo album 'Body Can Sing' with 11 new tracks.

Eversince VanNess gone solo (or should phrase as after separating from F4 group) to enter the music scene, had provided a sense of 'freshness' , completely changed the image of the long-haired guy who had appeared in 'Meteor Garden', becoming so trendy, stylish and had a more obvious personal image. Being an expert in interpreting westernized kind of music, not only can he dance well, he can even be able to perform all sorts of music type and rythum just at the right touch, just nice. His vocal may not be extremely impressive but he had his own style, very natural and should be able to attract listeners who has the same interest in the kind of similar music trends.

V.Dubb is definitely able to present the 'wu' style and it is an advantage for this instance. This album consists various trends of music, ballads, House, HIp-Hop and Groove, etc. It is obvious an album that focuses on beat/rythum and dance, no doubt it is most suitable for VanNess' style, the 'direction' is on the right track, it is far better compared to some artistes whom had been singing the same type of taiwanese commerical songs, where there is no characteristic or soul at all! In fact, this is an album of high quality of music, a couple of tracks apart from having a good beat and musical scores, they also kept the tracks' smooth and catchy flow, where the tracks are strengthened for potential popularity standards, the album as a whole, is not bored but instead will enable the listener to be 'addicted' to it! If VanNess were to further venture into his targeted 'market' and fans, it is definitely a postive sign. As in HOng Kong, there are many music fans still regard VanNess as an idol, thus, with this new album, it will enable to further 'help' him moving forward to the path of becoming the 'king of asian pop', it is definitely an advantage! The music fans will changed their perception on VanNess previously with this album and from the rythum of the tracks, will get to know him better. Regarding of his vocals in this album, it is consider not bad but still it is not strong and steady enough, there is still room for improvement, but judging in overall performance, it is consider ideal.

The main promoting song, 'Never Let You Go' is currently the most talkabout & trendy 'GRoove' music, smooth rythum, music + lyrics are upbeat and clear, music arrangement created a kind of atmosphere, the interpretion by the artiste is at the right touch. The opening track 'My Kingdom' is based on a strong beat, rythum is very attracting, lyrics blends well with the track titile, much effort had been put in for music arrangement obviously, it is a very ideal opening track. The track 'MaMa' composed by Jeffery Kong which is also included in this album is a rare choice, songs that link with parental relations is a wide market in music scene, and this song that sings about gratefulness & touching factors should be able to attact music fans easily, one such lyrics wrote, 'mama, please don't cry anymore', is indeed very touching. 'Eternity' is being composed and musically arranged by Machi DiDi, surprisingly, the slow rock rythum suits VanNess' vocal style quite well, however, the emotion level of him for this track needs to be further improved.**
