有想過送什麼禮物給國王，慶祝他的34歲生日嗎？

與其送禮物，不如響應3RD WAVE MUSIC捐贈項目吧。大家都知道3RD WAVE吧？Van Ness曾經和Brian Joo合唱了一首《Everything On Me》並收錄在3RD WAVE發行的第一張專輯《I’ll be there》裡面。

他們今次的募捐將於八月結束，目標是要籌募最少一萬美元，用來支持西非國家象牙海岸地區醫療手術的資金。因為這是一件十分有意義的事情，我們VIFC決定響應，希望盡一己綿力，幫忙籌集資金，幫助目標地區的病人有更多接受治療的機會。

我們將以Van Ness名義捐款，而捐款收據會找機會直接交到他手裡的。

所謂集腋成裘，衷心希望VIFC會員能加入我們的行動，7月12日之前把捐款存入所屬地區負責人銀行帳戶。收集到的資金將於7月31日或之前轉寄韓國3RD WAVE MUSIC。

King 2012 Birthday Present Plan

Wondering what to give for our King 34th Birthday present? We will do something charitable again and this year project is to donate to 3rd Wave Music. I guess everyone know what is 3rd Wave Music since Van Ness did sang for the first song in their first album “I’ll Be There album” with the song title Everything On Me feat Brian Joo.

They are actually raising funds for Surgeries in West Africa, Ivory Coast. Their donations will cut off in August and target to raise US$10,000. Since it is something really meaningful, the girls in VIFC decided to join in raising funds in order for them to meet the target or the more the merrier as it can help to heal more sickness suffer by the community there.

Our donation will be made under the name of our King, Van Ness Wu.
All funds collected will be remitted to 3RD WAVE at Korea on or before end of July.

CHOI SIWON (SUPER JUNIOR) FANS RAISE US$6500 FOR AFRICA PROJECT

RELEASED MAY 2012
Seoul, South Korea - 3RD WAVE music’s guest artist, Choi Siwon of Korea’s number one boyband, Super Junior, through his fans from all over the world, has helped raise US$6500 for West Africa. Siwon brought awareness to the cause on his birthday, encouraging his fans to directly donate or purchase 3RD WAVE’s “IGNITE: 1040” album on his birthday, with proceeds given to Africa.

3RD WAVE, Christian rock band consisting of KPOP stars Brian Joo (Fly to the Sky), Choi Siwon (Super Junior), Alexander Lee Eusebio (formerly of U-KISS) based in Seoul, helped spearhead the medical relief program that began in 2003, collaborating with Abidjan International Ministry and Food for the Hungry, to aid those in need of severe surgical procedures. However, it was only from 2009 when surgeries in Africa were finally made possible through the project.

Johnny Lee, founder/producer of 3RD WAVE, explains that the goal is to raise over US$10,000 to provide life-saving surgeries to those suffering in the Ivory Coast. With regard to the star’s contribution, he says “what an honor to bless people in need and to make a real difference in people's lives.” Brian Joo, who is the lead vocalist of the 3RD WAVE projects, believes Siwon’s involvement will bring great positivity to those who need it. Brian shares, “I never regret being able to help out others, and this is more than a dream come true that I can really help those in need."

Beginning August of this year, US and African medical professionals plan to perform over 100 surgeries.

南韓最受歡迎男子組合Super Junior團員Choi Siwon，也是3RD WAVE的義演歌手之一，今年生日的時候鼓勵他的歌迷，把準備送他禮物的錢用來購買3RD WAVE出版的「IGNITE: 1040」專輯，捐助西非國家有需要幫助的人，結果他來自世界各地的歌迷響應了呼籲，購買了總值US$6500的專輯。

3RD WAVE由南韓一班基督徒流行歌手組成，團員包括﹕Brian Joo (Fly to the Sky), Choi Siwon (Super Junior), Alexander Lee Eusebio (U-KISS前團員)，成立於2003年，主旨是要幫助西非國家地區的人民，提供食物舒緩饑餓，同時計劃向他們提供醫療援助。然而，到了2009年才正式開始了外科手術服務。

Johnny Lee是3RD WAVE發起人兼製作人，他解釋最新目標是要籌募最少一萬美元捐款，用來資助象牙海岸地區人民外科手術用品。關於藝人參與慈善項目，他說﹕「能夠幫助有需要的人，使他們可以改善生活，是我們的榮幸」。Brian Joo 是3RD WAVE項目的主音歌手，他相信Siwon這次的義舉，可以給有需要的那些人帶來極大的正面影響。Brian分享他的想法﹕「能夠幫助其他人是我一直以來的夢想，現在能夠實現我感到很開心，並且會繼續下去」。

您好!親愛的會員.. 在VIFC這個大家庭裡, 大家都無分彼此的. 大家都會為吳建豪,VIFC無怨無悔的付出.
就是因為有愛.. 所以沒有什麼地方看不起那個地方的狀況. 請不要想太多了.
因為最近負責國內的版主們比較忙. 所以有關一些慶生之類的活動稍為有一下下延遲了.
請你不要擔心. 所謂有心不怕遲. 只有你有善心. 一定可以幫助別人的.

7th of August remarks the Birthday of Van Ness Wu, a Taiwanese popular top idol that collaborated with 3rd Wave Music as a guest artist in “I Will Be There” album for the song “Everything To Me” feat Brian Joo and Van Ness Wu. Most of the fans commented that this song had inspired them in their daily life.

Van Ness Wu International Fans Club made the 7th of Aug a remarkable Happy Bday by successfully raise and donated a fund which is more than US$4,600 under their idol’s name, Van Ness Wu for 3rd Wave Music’s West Ivory Coast, Africa project which contributed towards the Hernia surgery & education of Africans. The funds have been raised by fans from different countries which include fans from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Philippines, Japan & Korea. As a good deed of giving back to the communities & helping out the needy communities in a big family, the fans have been doing several charitable projects as an annual activity in conjunction with his Birthday for the past years as well.

Van Ness is well-known as a devoted Christians that always mentioned himself as a servant of GOD first; he puts his career as an artist at the 2nd place.
