The instruction of voting for VIFC in the FIRST “ FANS BANKING　CHART"

STEP 1:Click the link : http://www.fansbang.net/View.asp?id=789 to enter the page for voting for VIFC.

STEP 2: Thenclick the left button with"投票"(VOTE) and enter the next page.
