NO LIGHT BOADS and Laser pointers and so on (big things which produce light).
NO BANNER
NO Whistle and megaphone (prohibits the things that make noise because it becomes trouble of the surrounding person.)
Bringing recording and the recording devices such as cameras and the video
cameras in is prohibited.
the use of the mobile phone is prohibited.

i can remember the rules of vdubb my kingdom concert last year,
which was not allow us to bring lightboards too...
but who cares....all the fans took their lightboard to the hall...
and the securities didn't say anything or prohibited...

I also remember that...
2006 KV concert in Beijing...
All lightboards are prohibited!
But... finally some lightboards were appeared in the concert...
(after the X-Ray search....)
