"guidelines for applicants who arranged the FC Official Tour"
On Oct 28th, the Taiwan sight-seeing image character premium event will held in Taipei, and the FC event "JUST VANNESS fan meeting" will be held too. The people who have qualification requirements are whom F4ever or JV member. And the person who wanna join it, pls read the details below well before sign up.
In JVKV official fan club tour , there's a different method.

event date : 2007, October 28th (Sun) 19:00(scheduled)
participation fees : 500 NTD (pay it on the spot)
event contents : fan-meeting with VanNess
qualification requirements : member of F4ever or JV (in Oct.1st at present). or who is completed to JUST VANNESS to admission remittance procedure without defectiveness till October 10th.
*person who can participate absolutely when won the lot.
*F4ever member can't ask another event which is held on Oct.28th. choose only 1 event .
*F4ever membert can sign up this event when you lost another lot before cutoff day.
application guide for FC members
application period : 2007 Oct.5th (Fri) ~ 18th (Thu) 17:00
application method : fill in a necessary matter from the mail form and send it.
announce date for the lot : 2007. Oct.19th (Fri)
we will mail to whom won the lot.
*we will mail to who won the lot only for details about where and what time.
*we don't communicate with who lose the lot.

*pls note that all the inputting errors and the omissions, etc. of a necessary matter become invalid.
*Participation other than the winner herself cannot be done. (the right cannot be transferred. )
*As for the person who need wheelchair, at the time of application, please ask from inquiry form.
*The winner of nonparticipation might be limited the event participation in the future.
*event participation, the arrangement regarding travelling such as air ticket and traffic to the hotel, meeting place does on member's responsibility. And when there is the discontinuance of events and in regard to the trouble and the like which includes the event, occurred while travelling, we will not owe all responsibility.
*the event day,there might be mass communications.
*please participate with event staff's operating policy and obey instructions.
