“國王的三十年華”慶生活動之一-----The Birthday Feast「壽宴美食達人秀」

麻辣烤串 ~~~~


主要原料:

猪肉(或牛肉、鸡肉、羊肉) 1000克
麻辣烧烤腌料 50克

其他配料:

水(冰水或凉水) 200克
腌制比例: 麻辣烧烤腌料:水:原料肉=5:20:100
您还可以做烤猪排,烤牛扒,羊排,各种肉串 

详细步骤:

第1步:将原料肉洗净,切成4~6g大小的块状,备用。

第2步:按比例将腌料与冰水混合,配制成腌制液,再加入到切好的肉块中,使腌制液与肉块充分接触;若有比较结实的塑料袋,可将肉块与腌制液放入袋中,扎紧,摔打5~10分钟,以便入味均匀。

第3步:将肉块放入冰箱冷藏室中腌制3~4小时,至腌制液完全被肉吸收为止;然后将腌制好的肉块穿签,穿签时最好每两块瘦肉之间夹一块肥肉,以增加香味。

第4步:穿好签的肉串可以在烤箱中用180~200℃烤8~10分钟即可食用或者可采用明火烧烤的方式,以增加熏烤的香味。

Name: Spicy-hot roast meat cluster
Procedure
1.       Wash the meat ( pork, beef, chicken or mutton) and cut it into nuts (each piece weighs about 4-6g) for ready.
2.       Put the meat into the mixture of spicy sauce and water according to the rate: spicy-hot roast sauce: water: meat= 5:20:100. If you have fresh keeping bags, you can put the meat, water and sauce into it and tie them tightly. ‘Beat’ it for 5-10mins to help filter in the sauce.
3.       After keeping them into the cold storage room of refriger for 3-4 hours, make the pieces into clusters with toothpicks. Pay attention to put the fat meats and muscles in interval to strengthen the roast smell.
4.       Put the meat clusters into the oven and set the temperature for 180200 for 8-10mins or just roast on the fire.
